From start to finish, dealing with K&G Custom has been an absolute pleasure.  They offered us a number of home theater options and were very clear in explaining the technology and differences between the options.  They arrived for appointments when promised and the installation of our theater system was flawless.  It is their customer service that is most impressive.  K&G has been quick to respond to all our questions, they helped us get acquainted and master our new system in no time and they continue to make sure we are completely satisfied with our new theater.  We never imagined our family would enjoy our new home theater this much!
